Why We Have a Policy

We want you to know how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work. This policy explains what happens when you stop your subscription, whether it’s monthly, yearly, or prepaid.

General Rules
  • You can cancel your subscription any time from your account.
  • When you cancel, you still have access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • We don’t give refunds for unused days in the current billing cycle.
Monthly Subscriptions
  • Cancel any time before your next billing date.
  • Your subscription will stay active until the end of that month.
  • Monthly fees are not refundable once charged.
Yearly Subscriptions
  • Cancel within 14 days of purchase or renewal → You get a full refund.
  • Cancel after 14 days → No refund, but you keep access until your paid year ends.
  • If you switch to a lower plan, the change happens at your next renewal.
Free Trials
  • Trials end automatically unless you upgrade.
  • If you added a payment card, it will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
Prepaid Plans and Credits
  • Prepaid plans or credits are not refundable.
  • If you cancel, you can still use your credits until they expire.
Add-Ons and Usage Fees
  • Add-ons stop renewing when you cancel your main plan.
  • Extra usage charges (like storage or emails) are billed at the end of the cycle and are not refundable.
After Cancellation – Your Account and Date
  • You get read-only access to your account for 30 days after canceling.
  • After 30 days, we may delete your data permanently.
  • You can export or download your data anytime before it’s deleted.
Refunds – When We Make Exceptions

We may issue refunds if:

  • There was a billing error or duplicate charge.
  • Local laws require a refund.
  • A major service outage made the product unusable (case by case).
How to Cancel
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Billing & Subscription.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm or send us an Email stating “CANCEL MY ACCOUNT”.
  4. We’ll send you an email to confirm the cancellation.
Our Promise
  • We’ll email you before every renewal.
  • Your data will be safe and secure until you decide to delete it.
  • We apply this policy the same way to all customers, no matter what plan you’re on.
